Custom LDPE & HDPE Flat Bags
HengYi manufactures clear, colored and custom printed PE flat bags for industrial parts, food factories, apparel, e-commerce, logistics and packaging distributors. Production is based on the packed product, bag dimensions, single-side thickness, material, printing and order quantity.
Flat Bag Specification Options
Materials: LDPE and HDPE with custom resin and color options
Single-side thickness: approximately 0.008 to 0.20 mm
Width: approximately 7 cm to 2 m
Length: custom lengths are available, including long bags made with manual converting
Appearance: clear, translucent, frosted, opaque and Pantone-matched colors
Converting: open top, heat seal, side gusset, punched holes, perforated bags on a roll and handle options
Printing: gravure printing with up to 8 colors
MOQ Depends on Size, Thickness and Printing
Flat bag MOQ is calculated by specification. For a bag with about 0.04 mm single-side thickness, a printed 20 × 30 cm bag may start at about 20,000 pieces, while a printed 40 × 50 cm bag may start at about 10,000 pieces. Unprinted bags can often start at around half the printed quantity. These figures are reference quantities; final MOQ is confirmed after reviewing thickness, dimensions, print coverage and bag style.
Printed orders normally need a practical total value of at least USD 500. Printing plates are approximately USD 100 per color. Plates are stored free of charge and can be reused for repeat orders. Changes to size, artwork or color require new plates.
Samples and Production Lead Time
Unprinted samples: normally within 3 days; USD 25 per specification
Available stock samples: free of charge
Printed samples: normally about 10 days, plus applicable plate fees
Mass production: normally within 3 weeks after confirmation
Sample and courier costs are paid by the buyer.
Quality Control and Packing
Quality checks cover incoming raw materials, blown-film thickness and width, printing quality, bag dimensions, seal strength and outgoing sampling inspection. Normal control targets are approximately ±3% for thickness and ±1 mm for dimensions, subject to the agreed product specification.
Flat bags can be packed in cartons or outer bags. Package weight is normally controlled around 20 to 25 kg for easier handling. SGS RoHS and PPWR-related reports are available, together with a Chinese food-contact test report. Documentation requirements should be confirmed before production for regulated applications.
