HengYi manufactures custom open-top PE flat bags for industrial parts, apparel, food, e-commerce, logistics and general protective packaging. Size, thickness, color and printing are produced to order, with clear quotation rules before production.

Customization and Specifications

• Material: PE, LDPE or HDPE

• Bag style: Open-top flat bag; optional side gusset, perforation, roll perforation, hand hole and heat sealing

• Size range: Width from 7 cm to 2 m; custom length; extra-long bags available through manual bag making

• Thickness: 0.008-0.20 mm single-side thickness

• Printing: Gravure printing up to 8 colors; Pantone color matching

• Appearance: Transparent, colored or opaque; frosted and semi-transparent options available

• Tolerance: Thickness +/-3%; dimensions +/-1 mm

• Monthly capacity: Up to 60 tons

MOQ Guide

MOQ changes with bag size, single-side thickness and printing. The following reference applies at approximately 0.04 mm single-side thickness:

• About 20 x 30 cm: 20,000 pcs printed or 10,000 pcs unprinted

• About 40 x 50 cm: 10,000 pcs printed or 5,000 pcs unprinted

Final MOQ and price are calculated from the confirmed specification.

Samples, Printing Cylinders and Lead Time

• Stock samples: free of charge

• Custom unprinted sample: USD 25 per specification, normally completed within 3 days

• Printed sample: normally completed in about 10 days

• Printing cylinder/plate fee: USD 100 per color; stored free and reusable for repeat orders

• A new cylinder is required when size, artwork or color changes

• Regular mass production: normally within 3 weeks

• Sample freight is paid by the buyer

Payment, Delivery and Packing

• Payment: T/T only, either 100% in advance or 30% deposit and 70% before shipment

• Trade terms: EXW, FOB or DDP

• Packing: cartons or bags, normally controlled at 20-25 kg per package; plastic pallets available

• Production quantity tolerance: within +/-5%, with the balance adjusted against the final actual quantity

SGS RoHS and PPWR test reports are available. Food-contact documentation can be supplied for relevant applications.
