Custom LDPE and HDPE Flat Bags

HengYi manufactures clear, colored and custom-printed PE flat bags for industrial parts, carton liners, food factories, garments, e-commerce and general packaging. Each order is produced to the required dimensions, thickness, material and packing method.

Manufacturing Options

MOQ, Samples and Delivery

MOQ depends on finished size, single-side thickness and printing. As a reference at about 0.04 mm single-side thickness, a printed 20 x 30 cm bag normally starts around 20,000 pieces, while a printed 40 x 50 cm bag normally starts around 10,000 pieces. Unprinted quantities can normally be about half. Final MOQ is confirmed after specification review.

Unprinted samples can normally be completed within 3 days. The sample charge is USD 25 per specification, while available stock samples are free. Printed samples normally require about 10 days. Printing plate cost is normally USD 100 per color. Plates are stored free of charge and can be reused for repeat orders unless the size, artwork or color changes.

Mass production is normally completed within 3 weeks. Actual production quantity may vary within 5%, with the final balance adjusted against the shipped quantity.

Quality Control and Trade Terms

Inspection covers incoming resin, blown-film thickness and width, printing quality, finished dimensions, seal strength and final shipment sampling. Standard tolerance is about +/-3% for thickness and +/-1 mm for bag dimensions.

RoHS and PPWR test reports are available. A Chinese food-contact test report is available for applicable PE products. Payment is by T/T, either full payment or 30% deposit with 70% paid before shipment. EXW, FOB and DDP terms are available.
