Hangzhou Hengyi manufactures customized LDPE and HDPE film rolls for carton liners, bag converting, wrapping and general industrial packaging. Width, single-side thickness, color, printing, roll weight and core can be produced to order.

Reference EXW price: from USD 1.98/kg unprinted and USD 2.65/kg printed. Printing plate fees are excluded; final price is calculated by specification.
Stock samples are free. A custom unprinted sample is USD 25 per specification. Printed samples require plate fees, normally USD 100 per color.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days; printed samples in about 10 days; mass production is normally completed within 3 weeks.
Payment: T/T in full, or 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. EXW, FOB and DDP are supported.
Rolls are wrapped with protective bubble film. Plastic pallets are available when required.
Manufacturing experience since 2004, monthly capacity up to 60 tons and in-process checks for incoming materials, film thickness and width, printing quality and final shipment. SGS PPWR and RoHS test reports are available.
Quantity tolerance: actual production quantity is controlled within +/-5%; the final balance is adjusted according to the shipped quantity. Quotation validity is 15 days.
