Custom LDPE and HDPE Film Rolls
HengYi manufactures custom polyethylene film rolls for industrial parts, apparel, e-commerce, logistics, food packaging and packaging distributors. Film can be supplied clear, colored, translucent or opaque, with size, resin, color and printing made to order.

Materials: LDPE and HDPE
Single-layer thickness: approximately 0.008 to 0.20 mm
Width: approximately 7 cm to 2 m
Roll weight: normally 5 to 100 kg per roll
Paper core: customized to the required inner diameter and length
Printing: gravure printing with up to 8 colors
Special options: antistatic, rust-protection, UV-blocking color masterbatch and degradable material options subject to specification
MOQ, Samples and Lead Time
The reference MOQ is approximately 300 kg per film specification. Final MOQ and pricing depend on material, width, single-layer thickness, roll weight, core, printing and packing method.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days and printed samples in about 10 days. Regular mass production is normally completed within 3 weeks after specification and artwork confirmation. Monthly production capacity is approximately 60 tons.
Quality Control and Packing
Quality checks cover incoming resin, blown-film width and thickness, printing quality and outgoing sampling inspection. Normal thickness tolerance is approximately ±3%, subject to the agreed specification. Film rolls are wrapped with protective bubble film for shipment, with pallet options available when required.
For an accurate quotation, provide the film material, width, single-layer thickness, roll weight, paper-core requirement, printing colors, quantity and delivery destination. HengYi supports EXW, FOB and DDP terms and accepts T/T payment.
