Custom PE Ziplock and Zipper Bags
HengYi manufactures reusable PE zipper bags for industrial parts, garments, food packaging, e-commerce, storage and packaging distributors. Clear, frosted, translucent, colored and fully opaque options are available with custom size, thickness and printing.
Zipper Bag Options
Materials: LDPE and HDPE, with frosted CPE-style options available
Single-side thickness: approximately 0.008 to 0.20 mm
Maximum width: approximately 1 m, subject to zipper and bag construction
Closures: regular zipper, double-track zipper and slider zipper
Appearance: clear, frosted, translucent, Pantone-matched color or fully opaque
Printing: gravure printing with up to 8 colors
MOQ Depends on Size, Thickness and Printing
Ziplock bag MOQ is calculated by specification. At about 0.04 mm single-side thickness, a printed 20 x 30 cm bag may start near 20,000 pieces and a printed 40 x 50 cm bag near 10,000 pieces. Unprinted quantities can often start at approximately half these levels. Final MOQ depends on bag dimensions, thickness, zipper type and print coverage.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days and printed samples in about 10 days. Regular mass production is normally completed within 3 weeks after confirmation. Printing plates are approximately USD 100 per color, stored free of charge and reusable for repeat orders.
Quality Control and Quotation Details
Quality checks cover incoming resin, film width and thickness, printing quality, bag dimensions, zipper alignment, seal strength and outgoing sampling inspection. Normal control targets are approximately ±3% for thickness and ±1 mm for dimensions, subject to the agreed specification.
For an accurate quotation, provide bag width and length, single-side thickness, zipper type, material, quantity, artwork, packed product and delivery destination. Final pricing is calculated according to the confirmed specification.
