T-Shirt Bag Manufacturing Options
Materials: HDPE and LDPE
Single-side thickness: approximately 0.008 to 0.20 mm
Width: approximately 7 cm to 2 m depending on construction
Converting: side gussets, perforated bags on a roll, heat seals and custom handle dimensions
Colors: transparent, translucent, Pantone-matched or fully opaque
Printing: gravure printing with up to 8 colors
MOQ, Printing and Lead Time
MOQ depends on bag size, single-side thickness, material, gusset and print coverage. Printed projects normally need a practical total value of at least USD 500. Printing plates are approximately USD 100 per color, stored free of charge and reusable for repeat orders when size, artwork and colors remain unchanged.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days and printed samples in about 10 days. Regular mass production is normally completed within 3 weeks after confirmation. Monthly production capacity is approximately 60 tons across PE bag and film products.
Quality Control and Quotation Details
Quality checks cover incoming resin, film thickness and width, printing, bag dimensions, handle and seal strength, and outgoing sampling inspection. For an accurate quotation, provide flat width, gusset, length, single-side thickness, material, printing colors, quantity, load requirement and delivery destination.
