Food Bag Manufacturing Options
Materials: LDPE and HDPE
Single-side thickness: approximately 0.008 to 0.20 mm
Width: approximately 7 cm to 2 m, depending on bag construction
Styles: flat bags, side-gusset bags, open-top bags, heat-sealed bags and perforated bags on a roll
Appearance: clear, translucent, Pantone-matched or fully opaque
Printing: gravure printing with up to 8 colors
MOQ, Samples and Lead Time
MOQ is calculated according to bag dimensions, single-side thickness, material, printing and packing method. At about 0.04 mm single-side thickness, a printed 20 x 30 cm bag may start near 20,000 pieces and a printed 40 x 50 cm bag near 10,000 pieces. Unprinted quantities can often start at approximately half these levels.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days, printed samples in about 10 days, and regular mass production within 3 weeks after confirmation.
Testing and Quality Control
A Chinese food-contact test report is available. Documentation requirements vary by destination and application, so buyers should confirm the required standard before material and production approval. No unsupported certification claim is made for regulated markets.
Quality checks cover incoming resin, blown-film width and thickness, printing quality, bag dimensions, seal strength and outgoing sampling inspection.
