Hangzhou Hengyi provides made-to-order plastic packaging based on the buyer's product, packing method and destination market. Each quotation is calculated from the confirmed material, dimensions, single-side thickness, printing and quantity.

Garment factories, fashion brands, dry cleaners, warehouses and e-commerce.
Stock samples are free. Custom unprinted samples are USD 25 per specification; buyers pay freight.
Printed samples require plate fees, normally USD 100 per color. Plates are stored free of charge and reused for unchanged repeat orders.
Unprinted samples are normally ready within 3 days, printed samples in about 10 days and mass production within 3 weeks.
Payment: T/T in full, or 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. EXW, FOB and DDP are supported.
Actual production quantity is controlled within +/-5%; the balance is adjusted according to shipped quantity. Quotation validity is 15 days.
Manufacturing experience since 2004, monthly capacity up to 60 tons and checks for incoming material, film thickness and width, printing quality, dimensions, seal strength and outgoing shipment. SGS PPWR and RoHS test reports are available.
