An HDPE T-sack, T-shirt bag or vest carrier bag looks simple, but a usable quotation requires more than width and length. Handle geometry, bottom seal, single-side thickness, resin, printing and packing all affect load performance and unit cost. The checklist below is based on the information our factory confirms before production.

Our general PE processing range is approximately 0.008-0.20 mm single-side thickness. That range is a capability statement, not a recommendation for every T-sack. The correct gauge depends on the bag dimensions, handle cut, resin blend, packed weight and sharp edges. A larger bag or concentrated handle load can require more material even when the nominal capacity appears similar.
MOQ is driven by material use and machine setup rather than one fixed number for every bag. At about 0.04 mm single-side thickness, the following examples are useful starting references:
Final MOQ changes with thickness, handle layout, resin, print coverage and order value. Printed orders below roughly USD 500 are often uneconomical because gravure plates normally cost about USD 100 per color before freight and product cost.
HengYi supports up to 8-color gravure printing. Once paid, printing plates can be stored without a recurring storage charge and reused for repeat orders. New plates are required when the bag size, artwork or print colors change. A digital artwork file and confirmed Pantone references reduce color and registration delays.
An unprinted sample can normally be prepared within three days. A printed sample normally requires about ten days because plate and print setup are involved. Standard bulk production is normally completed within three weeks after all details are approved.
Inspection covers incoming resin, film width and thickness, print quality, bag dimensions, seal strength and outgoing sampling. A normal finished-size target is around +/-1 mm where the structure allows it. Actual production quantity may vary within 5%; the final balance is adjusted to the delivered quantity.
